Abstract

 


The Urban Policy must always be interacting with information with the Environmental Policy, because its laws and regulations are essential for reducing existing environmental impacts. It is clear that the Managers of the Municipalities, when they assume, face the challenge of environmental liabilities, irregular urban occupations that already exist, open dumps, lack of basic sanitation logistics, health with precarious posts and precarious schools in the teaching and structural part. The purpose of this article, as the main contextualization will be with the research carried out, in a theme that in the municipalities has caused great environmental impact and generated problems, in the development part, it will present a solution to create income for the municipality and new jobs, making what the big problem is urban waste and also waste from companies, through the process of incineration plant cogeneration of energy, using these materials that are accumulating and occupying large areas, with this Methodology to mitigate the maximum environmental impacts, recover this area and the result with a future playback that can help the Manager with a financial return to reapply in health improvements and schools with healthy spaces for education. In these places it is undeniable that these open dumps cause bad smells, gases that are polluting and contaminants that cause respiratory diseases, that with the winds the gases in the atmosphere can pollute neighboring municipalities at great distances, another factor are diseases transmitted by insects and people passing by. to live and even eat in these dumps. The research work carried out with trips for on-site visits, research with scientific articles, reports, with images visiting the industries that practice Managements focused on the Environment, participating in company meetings with highlights of quality seals of Environmental Management, for which, This dissertation aims to demonstrate a suggestion of a solution to one of these problems for the Public Manager, walking as a proposal for the Urban Policy together with the Environmental Policy, the prevention and future risks of dumps and waste from companies.
