Abstract

ABSTRACT

Home Care companies, as they are affected by the recurrence of natural disasters, need to adopt activity continuity management plans (operational processes) and business continuity (service to customers of health insurance companies). This is due to the possibility of continuing to operate in contexts of natural disasters. In view of this context, the spatial distribution of Home Care companies in Brazil will be presented, as a potential market for the implementation of activity and business continuity management plans. By identifying the spatial distribution of these companies, it will be possible to identify regional patterns, with a view to guiding their decision-making, based on the regional recurrence of different types of natural disasters and their correspondence with specific protocols for each type. disaster in relation to different types of clinical Care.
