PUBLIC POLICIES DIRECTED AT TELEWORK AND DEMATERIALIZATION OF THE CIVIL JUDICIAL PROCESS

Abstract

The world's globalization made that technology became something indispensable in men's life, accelerating access to information and making communication easier. The virtualization of the judicial processes it's a way used by Pernambuco's Court to contribute to environmental improvement, attending to the National Council of Justice's determination. The purpose of this article is to demonstrate a legal basis that supports the dematerialization of the civil judicial process, as well as teleworking. The methodology used was the bibliographic and documentary survey to the realization of the theoretical interferences. Public Administration must submit to the Efficiency principle, Telework is one way of seeking efficiency in public service. Several International Agreements and Public Politics in the national sphere support this process, especially the Management Plan of the Sustainable Logistics that determines linked goals directly to such manner. It's concluded that this Plan can be guiding for several economic segments. The virtualization of these processes leads to dematerialization, which is configured on a new operational wave, fixed on technological progress, making a possible anthropic decrease in natural resources. Telework lessens the effects of negative impacts on the environment however brings several problems for the worker.
