Abstract
ABSTRACT
The Compartilhando Saberes Program is an initiative designed to strengthen knowledge management, collaboration, and productivity among teams operating across various locations in the states of Espírito Santo, Rio de Janeiro, and Minas Gerais. Launched in August 2023, the program aims to systematize and share the company's extensive technical expertise, transforming individual knowledge into collective learning, in alignment with knowledge management principles. Based on Nonaka and Takeuchi’s SECI model, Compartilhando Saberes promotes the socialization, externalization, combination, and internalization of knowledge through formative meetings, experience exchanges, and the recognition of internal knowledge multipliers. The program was structured into stages involving strategic planning, the execution of training sessions, participant recognition, and continuous performance evaluation. Among the observed outcomes are more than 1,000 hours of training conducted, covering topics related to biodiversity and environmental education; an increase in delivery efficiency, reflected in the improvement of the SLA (Service Level Agreement) scores; enhanced team integration; and a 100% satisfaction rate among participants. Additionally, the program expanded the audience reached through environmental education activities, contributing to greater awareness and conservation of biodiversity in the Conservation Units where the company operates. Consolidated as an effective knowledge management and organizational development practice, Compartilhando Saberes reaffirms the company’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and the strengthening of a collaborative environment, preparing the organization to meet present and future challenges.
